Access's Preventative Maintenance Program provides you with a bi-annual visit with one of our experienced technicians to examine and clean your system's crucial components

Bi-annual maintenance allows your system to work at peak efficiency year in and year out. A system that is maintained bi-annually experiences considerably fewer breakdowns.

This Service includes: 

Air Conditioning Units
:
  • Freon Levels, wiring and ductwork are checked
  • Filters are replaced or cleaned to ensure proper air distribution and maximize cleanliness.
  • Coils are rinsed with special cleaner.
 Furnaces:
  • Examination of pilot belts, oil motor, burners, pulleys, and ductwork.
  • Filters are replaced or cleaned to ensure proper air distribution and maximize cleanliness.
** For our customers that require extra care due to allergies or other health related matters, we offer Ultraviolet Germicidal Lights. (Additional Expenses Incurred)
